Pilot programme Leader programmeLeader 360
Leader 360 – wellbeing and performance leadership programme offers tools for managing sustainable growth. The participants' own wellbeing and the management of the work organization will be enriched with the expertise of four top experts. The program was piloted in 2022 by eight leaders. Consept playbook will be shared all interested organisers.

2022 EventSport Meets Business
Sport Meets Business event brought together people from various sectors such as business, finance, and sport to showcase the impact of sport. First and foremost, everyone has one thing in common – the love for sports. The event was the pre-event for the Nordic Football Conference.
International Venture Academy
The International Venture Academy is an investor program for startups and spinoffs that want to improve their funding readiness, get to know European angel investors and are looking for financing for their growth. The program culminates in the IVA final, where investors get to hear the startups' sales pitches. Application for the 2025 programme will open in January.

Kasvu Open's Digital Health Kasvupolku offers sparring for SMEs operating in the wellness and health sector that have a digital or data-based solution. The application for 2024 Kasvupolku growth programmes is now open until 19th of March.
