Seed Village - Optimal Human Performance and Wellbeing is an RDI-driven accelerator for companies building the future of performance tracking, measurement, injury prevention and data and AI solutions in wellbeing. The Seed Village jury is scouting for long-established companies as well as idea-stage companies that are building next-level solutions and developing new ideas for the industry.

The Seed Village jury selected 10 companies for the accelerator. The selection was based on four criteria: market potential, ability to grow, references and team.

● Ensio Health, Kangasala

● FUTUAI, Jyväskylä

● Louhicare, Kirkkonummi

● SPÅT, Turku

● Mental Race, Jyväskylä

● InLiSol, Uusikaupunki


In addition, one of the companies requested to keep their name confidential.


The companies’ combined turnover is 2M€ with 48 employees. Their goal is to increase their combined revenue up to 70,8 M€ and employee count to 191 within the next three years. The Seed Village accelerator helps to validate the companies’ products, develop business with expert support, and open doors to meaningful partnerships and networks.
